The procedure to make a pumpkin coulant is quite simple. First, 255 grams of pumpkin are cooked in a pot over medium heat, and once it is finished, it is crushed. This can be done with a knife, crushing the pumpkin into tiny pieces, or with a blender, which will give you better results.

Then the dark chocolate must be melted in the microwave, introducing 300 grams of the cover at medium power, being careful not to burn it. Therefore it is advisable to place it on a microwave-safe container and stop the appliance every 30 seconds to constantly stir. Then it is reintroduced for another half minute as many times as necessary, until the chocolate has completely melted.

The four eggs are then beaten and then the crushed pumpkin is added, and this combination is mixed for complete integration. Then the hot chocolate is poured over it, it is mixed again well and then 30 grams of rice flour and another 30 of corn starch are added, in addition to half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom.
