This is very simple. Find a common pot and put the heat on low. Add the cream of milk. I used a whole can. Let it boil, but always over low heat and without separating from it.

2

Go adding the cheese a few. I used Kraft Facilists that are delicious and are perfect for this because they melt very well and easily. Add little by little. If you use regular American cheese, buy a whole piece and put it grated to make it easier to dissolve. If you see that it gets very hot, remove from heat. Do not stop mixing with a spoon while doing this.

3

Now when everything is molten It will look like this in the image below. It was not very thick because the cheese is over, but if you want you can add more. Anyway, as it cools it will take consistency.

4

Serve in a container and start eat with nachos. You can also serve a large plate with nachos and the sauce on top. This makes a lot of cheese sauce, so have at least 200 grams of nachos or more prepared.

5

If you have enough, put some plastic wrap on top and store in the fridge. Then just reheat in the microwave and be ready to eat again. A super simple and too tasty recipe.
