For these recipes we will use the puff pastry that is ready. For puff pastry croissants you will need:

Apple puff pastry

The apple puff pastry It is one of the most common desserts to use this dough, you can also give it the shape you want and decorate it to your liking. For this recipe you will need:

  • 300 gr of peeled and sliced ​​apples
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar

To do the syrup you need:

  • 50 gr of butter
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 50 gr of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with brown sugar, rum, the cinnamon And the water. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the apples. How will we give them flower shape, make strips with the puff pastry leaving 5 cm between them.
