We start with the meatballs They take more work. Look for garlic, onions and pepper, clean and wash. Put the processor to chop small (you can do this by hand or in the blender too). Add chopped vegetables to thawed ground meat

Now add the oatmeal and the rest of the ingredients except wheat flour. Mix everything well and let stand aside for flavor. Now take the onion, garlic and dried tomatoes from the sauce and reprocess or chop very small.

Find a pot, add the butter and olive oil, let it warm until it bubbles and add the vegetables.

Put a little salt and cook a few minutes until it is a little translucent and sauce a strong aroma. Then add the mushrooms and skip a few more minutes; add the tomatoes. You can liquefy or put in pieces, as you want. They will be undone anyway.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce. Mix, raise the heat and bring to a boil. When it boils, cover in half and put on low heat.

Meanwhile make the meatballs the size you want. If you make a couple of centimeters in circumference they will cook faster. Heat the oil to fry the meatballs. When it is very hot, pass each one through wheat flour, just a little to form a thin layer and toast on the outside.

Do this seconds before frying because otherwise they absorb the flour and lose the crunchy touch. The oil should not be too hot because we want them to be fried for at least 4 minutes to cook inside. Cook all and reserve aside.

Prepare a paste of your preference (we recommend that it be a long one). Check your sauce. You should remove every so often because it sticks to the bottom. Prove it tastes good. If it is acidic add more sugar. It should be cooked at least half an hour so that the tomatoes take a sweet taste. It should reduce a 1/4 of it and be thicker.

To serve put pasta on a plate, some meatballs and sauce on top. Top add Parmesan cheese to finish.
